I found Paul extremely helpful. I used the website on-line chat facility to talk through my requirements and confirm same day despatch. I immediately placed an on-line order. The website is very user friendly. Paul checked my order and even rang me to confirm that I had ordered the correct quantities. I had in fact ordered too much and Paul immediately reduced the order size and gave me an immediate Paypal refund. The t-bars were packed and couriered the same day. Paul actually rang the couriers for me to confirm delivery date and time. I found prices to be competitive and would give them 5 stars for customer service. Highly recommended.
