Thanks for your review John. Please accept our sincere apologies for the damaged tin. We have now sent you another tin free of charge to make up for any loss from the damaged tin. We do package our items securely with lots of bubble wrap, and clearly mark everything as fragile. Items arriving damaged is a rare occurence, and when it does happen we act quickly to send a replacement.
Because of the damage to the tin the lid was difficult to remove and also vertually impossible to get on again and clip in place so I feel I will loose a lot of the adhesive as I will be laying the floor over the next two weeks and air will be getting into tin during the times I am not laying the floor. Therefore I feel you need to reasses your delivery service and your packaging of individual tins.
