Thanks for your review Alan. Please accept our sincere apologies for the damaged tin. It is a shame that you didn't let us know about this as we would have been more than happy to send a speedy replacement. We do package our items securely with lots of bubble wrap, and clearly mark everything as fragile. Items arriving damaged is a rare occurence, but if it does happen we act quickly to resolve when notified.
