Everything went well until the goods were delivered , they were given special delivery' status because of nature of the glue and charged extra accordingly which one would think given meant careful handling but carefully handled THEY DEFINITELY WERE NOT, there were 2 HUGE dents in the side of the can , a fraction more and the 16 kgs of glue would have been spilling out, this is not a cheap product given it s glue i'm hesitant of opening the can but when i do if there are any issues with the product i will expect them addressed. the filler is fine and was packaged well

Sorry to hear about your dented tin Robin. We have raised this case with our couriers, whom we expect to take good care, especially when handling hazardous goods.

Tins can sometimes be dented in transit but are in most cases still fully usable, and if they are not usuable, a speedy replacement is arranged. However you did not contact us about this problem to allow us to put things right, which is disappointing.
