As the product had to be signed for not been able to track it ment I had no idea over the 2 day delivery dates given when it might arrive . I therefore was stuck at home for 2 days wait for delivery

Our feedback:
Thanks for your review Rosalind. These adhesives need to be sent on the hazchem network by law, and unfortunately tracking options are limited. We would also like to see better tracking for these adhesives and will keep pressing the carriers to make it available. There is an option for the goods to be signed for by a neighbour, which can help. We are also happy to call the carrier on your behalf to find out a more specific delivery window.
