Product Description

This product has replaced Wakol D3035 Dispersion Primer.

Wakol D 3003 is a dispersion primer for priming absorbent: calcium sulphate screed, cement screed, gypsum fibre boards, magnesite screed (with mineral based aggregates), concrete subfloors, cast asphalt scree and water-resistant adhesive residues. It is also used as a primer for Wakol levelling compounds.

SPECIFICATIONS

Dry time: In case of cement screed and concrete, once visibly dry; on mastic asphalt and water-resistant adhesive residues approximately 30-60 min. Drying time on calcium sulphate screeds, magnesite screeds and gypsum fibreboards at least 60 min.

Storage time: 1 year (at room temperature)

Storage temperature: not below 5 degrees C (be conscious of frost)

Cleaning agent: Use water before tne primer begins to dry

Consumption per m sq: 90-140 g/m sq

Pack size: 10 kg

Wakol D3003 is suitable for use with underfloor heating

PRODUCT APPLICATION
Sub-floor needs to be permanently dry, fully solid, free from dirt, crack and adhesion-inhibiting substances.
Shake well before use.
Apply the primer to the sub-floor using a WAKOL Primer Roller or a velour/foam roller.
Complete levelling work after the primer has completely dried.
